Clinical Psychologist

Come grow with us!

Seeking a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our thriving practice and help us expand to include neuropsychological assessment services. We are ideally looking for someone interested in full-time availability, but we are willing to consider part-time applicants as well.

This is a flexible, hybrid position with options to work remotely and/or in person at our Elmhurst location.
Psychologists can focus primarily on assessment work or incorporate psychotherapy into their caseload based on their interests and availability.

Are you a lifelong learner who nerds out on mental health stuff, enjoys putting the pieces together, and is passionate about helping people better understand themselves?

Through the Woods Therapy & Wellness is a practice whose culture encourages personal and professional growth. Our clinical approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in empirically supported assessment and treatment practices. We believe assessment should be more than a collection of scores—it should help clients and their families better understand their strengths, challenges, and needs and provide meaningful, practical recommendations.

Our team values connection and collaboration, and we enjoy working alongside colleagues who are curious, thoughtful, and passionate about what they do. Our clinical team enjoys the flexibility to shape their work around their interests, whether that means focusing primarily on neuropsychological assessment or incorporating longer-term psychotherapy into their practice.

We very much value diversity and find great strength in our differences. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, psychologists with disabilities, and bicultural/multicultural and bilingual/multilingual individuals are particularly encouraged to apply.
