“My love language is creating a sacred space for you to take off your armour.” -author unknown
In addition to my professional designations, I have specialized training in domestic violence, partner abuse intervention, the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, attachment, and trauma.
I have extensive experience working with individual clients and couples across a variety of clinical settings. My passion lies in creating a relaxed, judgment-free space where clients can better understand themselves, set and achieve meaningful goals, and work toward living as authentically as possible. I strive to support and empower people in finding solutions to their unique life situations by helping them develop their personal strengths, address unhelpful patterns, and navigate challenges with greater clarity. I approach each session with an open mind, staying attuned to my clients’ needs and pace.
Please note, I am not accepting new clients at this time.

You might be here because something in you hurts. That may be an emotional, physical, or relational pain. You may be grieving a loss, navigating the stress of a chronic illness, struggling with anxiety or depression, or feeling the impact of a past trauma. You might also be carrying the pain of being misunderstood or excluded. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I understand what it feels like to be overlooked or judged for experiences others find hard to face, and this fuels my passion for working with individuals who have been marginalized, misunderstood, dismissed, unseen, or told their pain is too much.
In our work together, the connection we build is the driving force for our healing journey. My main approach is relational therapy, which has been shaped by my time sitting bedside with individuals at the end of life. Here I witnessed again and again that what matters most to people in their final days is not achievement, status, or perfection, but the quality of their relationships: who they loved, who loved them, where repair was needed, and where connection remained. That’s why I prioritize building a strong, authentic connection where we can safely explore and heal the relationships that have shaped your past and influence your present. Beyond this, I also integrate evidence-based therapies with mindfulness, somatic healing, play therapy, and ecological modalities such as nature-based therapy. Therapy with me may involve conversation, art, humor, play, time in nature, or simple practices such as mindfulness, reflection, or ritual. I’m also a HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned therapist and practice through a lens of body acceptance, trauma-informed care, and social awareness.
From working with at-risk children and teens, to supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and serious illnesses like cancer and HIV, to walking alongside those grieving a loss or nearing the end of life, I truly find fulfillment in being there for others. If you are someone who feels different, know you are not alone. You’re welcome here, just as you are, whenever you’re ready.

Mental Health Counseling, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in fostering
psychological well-being. My skills extend across individual and group therapy,

perspective and also gives me the chance to connect with a wider base of people. I
have successfully engaged with both adolescents and adults grappling with diverse
challenges, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar
disorder, and adjustment disorders.
My therapeutic approach is inherently client-focused, emphasizing a tailored and
collaborative strategy that accounts for the unique needs of each individual. I am
